Chilis

After an exhausting day of walking in KLCC for festive shopping, we ended up at Chilis before break-fast. We were hungry and the queue starts to get longer but we were fortunate to get a table with panoramic view of KLCC while waiting for the others to arrive. After 15 mins of waiting, finally our food arrived, unfortunately there is no picture taken due to we were extremely hungry. What we have ordered are:

Triple Play – A combo of our three favourite starters. Generous portions of our Chicken Cripers, mouth watering Wings Over Buffalo and Southwestern Eggrolls with sauces for dipping

Cripsy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers – Stripes of Chicken hand-battered then breaded and fried to perfection for extra crispy crunch. Then topped with our spicy & smoky honeychipotle sauce

Bottomles Fruit Juice

Chili’s Grill & Bar was founded by Larry Lavine in 1975 and with over 1400 outlets; Chili’s has established itself in the Malaysian market. Since it's opening as the nation of hungry patrons turned to Chili's to satisfy their cravings for good food and good times. Mouth-watering burgers and tantalizing chili proved a potent combination, and customers flocked to Chili's Grill & Bar. The Chili's menu has grown to include items such as Triple Play, Big Mouth Burgers, BBQ Beef Ribs and Fajitas. After 16 years in Malaysia, Chili's is still 'Like No Place Else'.

I believe my friends are hungry too, below is what they’ve ordered:

Big Mouth Bites – Four savory mini beef burgers topped with beef bacon, cheese, sautéed onions and ranch dressing on sesame seed buns. Served with crispy onion strings and jalaperio ranch dressing

Grilled Salmon with Garlic & Herbs – 8oz salmon fillet seasoned with garlic & herbs, served with rice and seasonal veggies.

Cripsy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers – Stripes of Chicken hand-battered then breaded and fried to perfection for extra crispy crunch. Then topped with our spicy & smoky honeychipotle sauce

This is not my first here, my previous experiences are in Midvalley Chilis, BSC Chilis and 1Utama Chilis - service OK, time taken to serve the food might be long at peak period. Do also note that if you are visiting this outlet, the queues may be rather long. Another option is to also have a seat at the bar.

Kopi Club

There are so many F&B outlets for your to choose in Klang Valley when comes to dining. But this is different when comes to the holy month – Bulan Ramadhan where these F&B outlets is pack with people. Either you get a place in advance or dine after the breakfast hour... but if you are lucky enough then you will get a place and enjoy the breakfast together with the rest.

In this case, we are pretty luck as we arrived 10 mins before the breakfast time and managed to get a sit inside the cafe even it was packed with people. But my only qualm is - the tables inside were placed too close next to each other and some chairs are touching back to back. Very narrow inside, I guess it would be a better option to sit outside.

The cafe that I meant is Kopi Club, located at Low Yatt Plaza, KL and why I’m here is all because of I want to find some mobile stuffs as well as survey for a camera. This is not my first visit to Kopi Club but somehow I felt they have expanded their outlet and it looks bigger, brighter and more spacious.

Pretty cute kitchen with window
Simple cash counter...

Kopi Club Kopi Club is a cafe that you might consider to stop by for a cup/glass of coffee when you at Low Yatt Plaza. They served local style of meals namely noodles dishes, nasi lemak, toast bread and varieties of Malay food. We ordered the Seafood Tom Yam Set and Curry Fish with Pandan Chicken Rice set and it comes with coffee iced – this offer is only valid during Ramadhan.

Coffee Iced - Great
Seafood Tom Yam - OK- :)
Curry Fish with Pandan Ayam Rice Set - Nice

Overall we are quite pleasant with the service, food and the price of course much higher than the warongs but I'm not complaining since its clean, comfy and air-conditioned. I can say it can be another place for gathering and chats … besides the Ipoh Old Town.
